Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days after the order is placed and payment is successfully completed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Location

All orders are shipped from our U.S. local warehouse.

Shipping Cost

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.

There are no additional shipping fees for customers.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier.
